From pre-opening training, to ongoing support, to our annual convention, training and support is of the upmost importance to us!

Pre-Opening Training

Pre-opening training is an immersive experience, typically done at the Home Office in La Crosse, WI. However, there have been situations the training is offered virtually as well. The training consists of:

  • An in-depth review of Kitchen Solvers Business System Manual, including information on operations, sales, vendors, and marketing
  • Writing estimates and setting up day-to-day operations
  • Customizing Franchise Vision Plan for the first 3-5 years in operation
  • 52 hours of cabinet refacing and installation, classroom learning in accounting, business, financial, and personnel management, marketing and advertising, sales and operations
  • 8 hours of on-the-job training

Operations and Ongoing Support

The Kitchen Solvers Home Office team stays very involved with franchise partners throughout their entire legacy with us. We also have a robust and innovative system that is continually updated throughout the changing times. A few of the resources available to our franchise partners include:

  • Full online Kitchen Solvers Business System Manual
  • Marketing, sales, and operations videos
  • Weekly system-wide conference call
  • Check-ins and video-conference training as needed
  • Dedicated support staff
  • Human resource assistance, including hiring

Sales Support

On-location training and assistance available. Kitchen Solvers Field Support assists with your first Home Show, Salesperson Training and Ongoing Sales Coaching is all available to franchise partners.

Kitchen Solvers has taken the guesswork out of marketing, making sure that our franchisees can focus on business operations.  We bring our proven marketing messages together with the latest digital strategies to generate leads for our partners.  From website development to social media, from before & after photo posts to reviewing Google analytics, Kitchen Solvers has the receipt for success.  We even help our owners understand how to connect with clients online, order marketing materials and request custom work as needed.

Annual Conference

Our Annual Franchise Conference is where our owners get together in person to collaborate and learn from our vendors and Home Office team. We typically hold this in January. We have heard from both our new franchisees as well as our more veteran franchisees, that this is something they look forward to every year.
